Having worked in the trade since the age of 16. sam spent the last 7 years in a local butchers and bakers, but has now come back to the trade in which she loves and feels most at home.
After 16 Years as head chef of Stoke Rochford Hall, Mike and family have decided to take the next step of having their own business. offering locally sourced, seasonal, fresh dishes prepared daily. He brings with him many years of experience from around the region.
Our son has worked with us since day one, He has grown with the business and is equally at home behind the bar or in the kitchen. His pleasant easy going manner has made him a firm favourite with the locals.
Our daughter has also been with us since day one although her role was part time whist studying for an english literature degree at Northumbria university, she now has her degree and is spending some time with us whist saving to do some traveling. She keeps the restaurant running smoothly and pulls a great pint to boot.
Emma and Sarah are twins and for the first year we were here Emma was an integral part of the team, she is now nursing in Leicester and still comes home to help when we send out an SOS.
